@peterdrake For-profit startups tend to be the best at that, because they crave usage and adolation.
FOSS comes second, because so many of the developers are, by nature, dog-fooding the engine.
Publicly-traded companies are the worst, though, because every decision they make is based on short-term profit, and fixing bugs doesn't make any money.
