@chrishudsonjr It makes me very sad that "TikTok metalcore" is even a valid term in the English language.
@LouisIngenthron I’m *very* out of the TikTok loop, but my impression it’s a natural evolution from Tumblr’s effect on the genre in the 2010s and MySpace before that.
E.g. Knocked Loose is great, but it seems undeniable that a lot of their success is due to kids reacting to their songs or live shows on TikTok.
