Any major party candidate can win but the idea that Trump has a good chance is based on people not understanding that polls 6 months before the general election starts are referenda on the incumbent rather than reflective of a choice and confusing GOP primary voters’ lack of concern over Trump’s crimes with the general electorate’s.

And Biden is probably at or near the nadir of his popularity at present, especially if inflation continues to trend downward and they succeed in pushing Israel to end the “active combat phase” of its revenge campaign by the end of the year.
