@grobmeier While this is true, a single person can also be problematic. In particular programmers and developers typically do not speak the same language as users, and often fail to understand why changes they think are beneficial are not well received by users.

@Lunatech of course yes. But one peon is only responsible for themselves. Within a group they are responsible for others too. Makes them more dangerous imo
