I'm about to write a primer for a few (book) historians asking how to join Mastodon. I'm on mastodon.social; figuring it's crowded. What instances would you all recommend for academics?

I've been enjoying qoto.org - it's STEM focused, so may not work for all academics depending on their area of interest.
(*not an academic, but I have a Doctorate/work in the pharmaceutical space)
