Okay, inspired by some surprisingly strong opinions at work: how do you feel about the word "diagnoses" as the plural of "diangnosis"?

40% Great word, love it
0% Hate it, get it out of here
40% Don't care, who has opinions about plurals
20% That's the plural??

IMO, you'd probably have more users confused by "diagnosis" used incorrectly than users confused by "diagnoses" used correctly.
