It's very simple, I am not a greedy asshole, I work at capacity, I will not take on any more work than I can handle, there is no growth objective, there are no shareholders to pay, I do not operate on 'ever increasing profits', it's just plain and simple, good, honest down-to-earth sustainability and good 'old fashioned' quality and service that you can rely on that also makes sure me and my business survive so your business can thrive too!
