My dietician recommended I try goat's or sheep's milk rather than using cow's milk. I rather like sheep's milk; less so goats.
It did occur to me however
"How the fcuk do you milk sheep?"
Yes, I eat quite a lot of it!
@Paulos_the_fog same way you milk cows, although the milking machine part that attaches is smaller, and sheep only have 2 teats.
Sheep's milk cheese is wonderful stuff!
