Okay let’s play this game:
— Drivers must carry insurance
— Drivers must pass safety/skill tests
— Each car has a unique vehicle identification number (VIN) that allows it to be tracked
So let’s pass all the same rules for guns
In most civilized countries, all those measures are already in place.
Where I live, in Luxembourg, you have to pass a theoretical and a practical exam to obtain a hunting permit which then entitles you to possess one or more hunting rifles.
The USA is a very odd country indeed when observed from afar!
No proper healthcare, extreme religious bigots everywhere, awash with firearms, in the throes of an opioid crisis, rife with extreme racism, the highest rate of imprisonment in the world, a congress mostly full of common criminals - WTF is this shithole?
