It astounds me how completely brain-dead the average person in the street is!

Expensive suits and a 10ft long red tie is the trump uniform and he is possibly the world's greatest fashion anti-icon! Nobody in their right minds wants to dress like that demented, obese, orange, paedophile rapist.

The tie has now gone the way of the 3 piece suit, the bowler hat, indeed all traditional styles of hat. Bloody good riddance!

It all rather reminds me of the days in the 1990s when I was working at British Airways. Senior management had just moved into their new headquarters at Waterside and the CEO had issued a new dress code. Casual dress was the thing at the new HQ! However, it was ridiculously easy to pick out the managers who wanted to climb the greasy management pole at Waterside as they were the only ones wearing a suit, collar and tie whereas the executives who had already 'made-it' were swinging around a extremely stylish casual-wear.
