Beware those who think "I don't understand" or "doesn't make sense" is the same thing as "must be wrong."
They will try to convince you that their own brand of "common sense" is the only logical conclusion regardless of evidence/proof to the contrary.

I discovered that, for myself, it's always more instructive to replace my first thought of, "That doesn't make sense" with, "In what context or to whom does this make sense?"
