Idea:

A a non-profit organization that'll collect donations to both produce and run #ads for #FOSS projects that do not have corporate/venture backing and therefor cannot compete with the market awareness of commercial applications.

@polychrome I tried to do this with my organization, but couldn’t find projects interested. We ended up spending the 10k saved for this project on opening a free creative arts computer lab in Albany, NY. If you know or find projects interest I would love to know.
