When I drink my morning coffee, I used to scroll through Twitter. Now instead I check what our back porch security camera recorded during the night. We had both a fox 🦊 and a raccoon 🦝 on our back porch this week and our bird feeder camera got a still photo of a bat. 🦇 Instead of doom scrolling, I’m nature scrolling. It’s hard to break old habits, but slowly I’m forming new, happier habits.
