I find it extraordinary how easy it’s been (so far, early days) to break a 12-year Twitter habit. The Mastodon methodone seems to be working. I’m getting the same hit without watching likes and retweets tick up. Without a following of 27,000 it took years to build. Perhaps it won’t last but I hope it does. Incredible how easy it was in the end for one bad guy to break my habit, maybe a lot of people’s habit.
