@sciencebase They tend to be old brick works on the Humber. I'm sure they are there, all the other reed bed suspects are.

@SteelFolk There are several places near us where you're almost guaranteed to see them if there's barely a breeze. I counted at least 60 or so in one nearby reed bed last year. We're lucky to have so many ex gravel works that are now nature reserves here.
