Saying "Therapy isn't for me" is on the same level of ignorance as anti vaccine idiots and people who ignore heart attacks because they "don't like doctors".
Therapy isn't some magical mumbo jumbo. It's an applied study that works IF YOU WORK AT IT. Just like heart medication works IF YOU TAKE IT.

@Mrfunkedude I'm still looking for a therapist here. It's hard to find someone who speaks English at a level I need. It's one of those things I need to do in my native tongue.
