@freemo Among Republicans that's mostly, but not entirely true. And it seems to be getting worse. Like a contagious disease.

@TheOldGuy Yea.. honestly im not sure what side is worse anymore. I always used to lean left, and still do.. but both sides seem bat shit crazy right now and kinda hard to distinguish at the extremes.

@freemo I have no problem sorting them out. Who in the Democratic Party compares to MTG or Boebert the clown? And who among the Democrats is a human trafficker like Gaetz?

@freemo Around here there really are not any leftists. Town is a sea of red. At election time it's Republicans against Republicans.

@freemo Douglas County in Missouri. A sparse population and low taxes. I own ten acres and a 14 by 70 mobile. My property taxes are $122 per year. By comparison, I own a condo in Branson and pay $650 per year taxes on it. Branson has a few Democrats.

@TheOldGuy generally the republicans are much easier on the wallet. So no surprise.

@freemo They got some County Supervisors elected once who tried to spend some money on roads. Recalled before they could.
