@TheOldGuy GOOD, I hope she wins and wins a decent payout (enough to cover medical costs and loss of earnings) failing to act on warnings is serious, teachers and staff at schools are professional and should be TRUSTED by admins, so that when concerns are raised, it is sufficient to actually act on.

This happens here in the UK too the rights of the child are paramount even when that actions is a blatent breach of the human rights of the victim. regardless of age.
