Brigadier General Serhiy Holubtsov, Chief of Aviation of the Ukrainian Air Force Command, stated that the effectiveness of Ukrainian air defense has increased from 30 to 70%, due to the implementation of modern anti-missile systems. He also noted that it is impossible to completely protect against air threats without modern aircraft.
