The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has acknowledged that the transfer of Ukrainian children to Russia is an indication of genocide, according to Yevhenia Kravchuk, a member of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE. The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Maria Alekseevna Lvova-Belova, the Russian Presidential Commissioner for Childrens Affairs, for allegedly committing a war crime by illegally deporting and transferring children from the occupied territories of Ukraine to Russia.
