I’m also in fintech, I am optimistic about my company’s response to layoffs. I am worried for new grads looking for tech jobs however. If they were half as anxious as I was, layoffs and hiring freezes may leave many new grads discouraged…
Luckily, most of my underclassmen have good local options to choose from, and I hope big tech layoffs mean smaller companies can compete in gaining and retaining new talent.
@mathieualain I am still new to my team and my responsibilities are low…thus it is not stressful.
When I gain more trust within my team I believe the stress will increase.
