The negotiated base pay for graduate students is going to be $34,000/9 months for 50% time, and about $45,000 for 50% over 12 months, or equivalent to $90,000/yr ft. Plus full tuition remission, health benefits, robust child care reimbursement and leave. Campus are not getting additional funding to cover this from anything I have heard.
