It's time again when thoughts turn frantically to course design and syllabus writing ... I'm working on how I might better support my students in developing their metacognitive skills in writing regular learning reflections. If learning reflections are part of your practice, do you have prompts/thoughts to share?

My standard set of prompts for weekly/semi-weekly reflections have been something like:
- What went well? What the best part of the week?
- What did not go well?
- Did you feel included in class activities and discussion?
- How would you evaluate your own engagement with the course? How can you improve?
- What did you find challenging? What are you doing to address challenges?
- How can the instructor improve your experience?

@edutooters @lewriley these are great, and I am going to "borrow" a couple to add to my end of week survey. I especially like the question about students feeling their voice was included in the class. One question I don't think I saw that I have on my survey relates to learning specifically... Something like
1) what is one thing you learned this week? What helped you learn that?
