I think one mastodon feature I really want is to be able to follow specific instance feeds, or even combinations of specific feeds.

For example, I would love to just follow the mastodon.art and tech.lgbt local feeds, without having to manage multiple mastodon accounts and have to constantly switch between them. I want one place that’s my fedi identity (this toot.cat account), but still have fine grained control over how I access federated content.
