Questions...
So a few days ago, we got stuck in a traffic jam.
Someone just turned off their lights, even though it was dark.
Someone else took off through the rescue lane formed in the middle (good luck, but not how that was meant to be used oO).
Then someone jerked the wheel, pulling in front of us, repeating the experiment a bit later with a truck as a possible target to trade paint.
Another (not the initial that spawned the traffic jam) accident was there in the middle of the road.

And just now i am asking myself: am i Jerry? Was there a decision to not use up processing resources for me? Or is it just too many trials of "will covid eat my brain?" on some people?

Hungry for apples?

>>Not illegal, but I imagine that'd be a fixit ticket if it were actually broken. moving violation if not.

>>Had to look this up, as we call it the suicide lane over here.

>>Sounds like they were looking for trouble.

@lucifargundam Ah, not really looking for a law perspective here, i was just wondering how weird it was people were driving like that. (so many)

So about the suicide lane, i thought that was the middle lane meant to turn left? In germany, we keep to the right in the right lane, left in the left in traffic jams on highways so emergency vehicles can use the space in the middle to get where they are needed.

About the looking for trouble, i was thinking "looking to go fast, not considering others" really.

And on the drug money, i really cannot follow ^^

Thx for responding, in any case. Interesting to see other perspectives.

There are people in this world who would deliberately get into car accidents that would make the victims appear at-fault. These people then extort others for cash or milk insurance agencies by saying their injuries are severe.

Some people reading this may argue that it's hard to pull off scams like this with insurance companies. Unfortunately, I know of a few people personally that have done this- and I want nothing to do with such leeches.

@lucifargundam But... in the middle of a traffic jam, in front of very bored witnesses?
