@jayrosen_nyu @froomkin To the surprise of no one, the @nytimes @washingtonpost @NBCNews et al are beginning to horserace 2024 just like 2016, treating fascist, racist candidates as normal. The wilful blindness and hubris are stupifying and frightening.

@froomkin I hope that the @nytimes @washingtonpost @NBCNews et al understand that I have been here longer than they have, and I haven't needed them so far, so they can stay over at Twitter and I won't miss them one bit. I am indubitably the most well informed person on my block, and I haven't paid a cable bill or bought a newspaper in 20 years. American journalism is useless and deprecated.
