It seems the military leaders of the old days were sitting around in the afterlife and it was rather boring, so they decided to look at Earth and see how the equipment and tactics of warfare have changed.
They watched for a while and then Caesar spoke up, "If I had those American soldiers, the Roman Empire never would have fallen."
Then Napoleon said, "If I would have had that American equipment and weapons, we would have taken Moscow and conquered Russia."
Finally Hitler spoke up, "If I had Fox News, you would all be speaking German."
