They say Batman is a Superhero because he never fires a gun. But he puts poor people in jail and beats up the mentally ill. That's not a hero.
I say Columbo is more of a Superhero that Batman. He outsmarts rich ass-holes who think they are above the law and too smart to get caught, and not only does he not use a gun, he doesn't beat anybody up either.
Beating up criminals doesn’t solve crime. If Bruce Wayne paid his fair share of taxes, Batman had a lot less work.
