That's plain stupid. Shitlibs who have power now can pass a law/proclamation tomorrow (yes tomorrow) saying office of president should not have the power to impose itself of over everyone & make decisions on behalf of a quarter billion people, but it won't.
So, you are free to stay in an abusive relationship in a never ending fashion, if you want.
At some point of time, we can chose to walk away not playing the never ending congame (so called "being strategic" aka drinking koolaid know as hope that your abusive & untrustworthy partner tells you to drink, "for this one last time"), knowing the journey will be difficult & some pains are unavoidable no matter what we do.
State is the primary enemy of all of us & I refuse to give legitimacy to it, no matter who pushes the "lesser evil" theory. Doesn't mean I would rush & openly declare war on an enemy as large as State without strategy, rather both at subconscious level, in my interactions & I will do my level best to use all tools I have to undermine the legitimacy of that organised thug of ruling class called State & those who tell everyone we have to be "strategic" with a well known abuser (shitlibs) who has a drink buddy (fascists) who would rape everyone unless we give the keys to him.

I know, shitlibs now dont have the power to make a constitutional amendment, but they can always start with that law which anyway will be struct down by the criminals in blackgown aka supreme court "justices".
But let the crooks in court (aka buddies of shitlibs & fascists) strike it down in the open & see how people react to that.
Shitlibs are not going to do anything to empower you. All they have is the drunk friend to they are going to threaten you so you hand over keys to them to loot. After a while their drunk friend will tell everyone else shitlibs are looting & he acquires the power to rape society.
We have seen this movie/con game so many times before, its not strategic let alone funny anymore.

Since shitlibs have power now & if they giveup power voluntarily, then fascists will have extremely hard time to abuse people on such large scale, by using law & state as a weapon, even if they win. Fascists will be made completely toothless as they will not have the legitimacy to impose laws & so called "law & order" aka state thuggery to unleash violence on everyone.
Instead of telling others to be "strategic" when they have seen this movie so many times, what you should instead be doing is asking your shitlib buddies to do give up power.
