#YouTube has started popping this up. Their ads are ridiculously intrusive and I'm not paying Google for YouTube. Please suggest alternative video streaming sites.
@selzero I go to Vimeo sometimes. The quality is good and it works well. And of course there's Peertube.
But the problem with all the alternatives is that they just don't have the content like Youtube. We *could* get into an ad-block Arms Race, but I think the best solution for this is to break up Google.That would fix a lot of problems, including this one.

@selzero @ambulocetus It is not too hard, really. No google phone, browser, search, mail, calender. There are enough vert fine alternatives.
