Also, to claim 63 studies say ivermectin works is misleading at best. 1 meta-analysis of 63 studies of varying quality claims there is statistical significance. Some of the sources included also used multiple treatments simultaneously, they did not test the efficacy of ivermectin by itself. To me this suggests more serious study, including more RCTs, is needed. It certainly does not suggest that proponents of the drug can claim some kind of moral or scientific victory against the 'mainstream narrative.'
