talked to the owner of a smallish country supermarket here in germany last week. >30% of things he ordered couldn't be delivered. CO2 for carbonated beverages is getting scarce (which sucks, i like sparkling water). sugar is getting scarce (which sucks as sugar still is better than artificial sweeteners).
you could see the fear in his eyes.
