One of my greatest achievements in "Adult Life"(tm) was to learn how to care about my cables!🔌
🪗 Folding them neatly (not rolling them! ouch!) using velcro or other sort of cable-binders to hold them tight.
🧳 Storing them in places where i remember (boxes or bags/pouches) by rough generic types, kinda ordered.. but not too much! (USBs / audio / all the rest. )
🧠 Knowing roughly what i have (incl. a bunch of spares of the most used, "just in case")
🍝 Avoiding what Germans call "kabelsalat"..

@bonifartius @jz For those of us who indulge in our bourgeois tendencies, you might end up with charming little Aesop cloth bags and think "WTF will i do with this little bag?". Well, they work great for holding cables: they look pretty, are very light and have a cord to close them!
