I have a host for all my real stuff already. I'm looking for something that's specifically just auto-provisioned rTorrent with shared IPs. I was on seedboxes.cc and then seedhost.eu ... seedhosts is cheap and fast, but their payment gateway sucks ass and constantly fails to renew or process cards.
