In London, a group of activists is destroying hundreds of number plate recognition cameras deployed to automatically fine vehicles deemed to be polluting £12.50 (~15 euros) a day.

The ultra-low emission zone will come into force across the capital on 29 August.

I believe it was birmingham but their version of this they have in place for their "15 min city project" has portions where it talks about in the future making it so you need like a special sticker or plate to be able to leave a couple mile area in your car from your home.

It doesn't seem to make any difference. In fact, the Brits (and Irish, and Germans, etc) are having an easier time organising resistance to the invasions, locally, than the Americans are.

if anything, those statistics are likely inflated and not something quietly admitted. e.g. the arson cases likely include every fire happening there.

they have to paint anything non woke as dangerous because they are losing so hard currently.
