I installed Lubuntu on a USB stick in QEMU and am gonna try to run that on the Windows thing because Windows is just terrible.
@meeper ubuntu is a "just werks" choice, I need to start experimenting with other distros again for fun.
@Moon I use the no systemd arch derivative and tbh I hate arch and it but It's too much effort to move :/

@Moon yeah nixos is like speding and learning a whole emacs worth pf package manager and then realising unix distribution fundamentally just sucks
