With Twitter blocking Mastodon links in profiles, tweets and DMs you can still tell people where you've gone. Just make a little image and add it to your Twitter header or tweet it and pin it to your profile.
Somewhat overthinking this I've done mine in Comic Sans font to make it harder (?) for OCR. If that later fails I'll handwrite one!
