The trouble is (well, one trouble is) that in a way I really LIKE bizarre alternate theories of reality based on overinterpreting subtleties of punctuation in the Constitution, the fact that Land, Air, Water spells LAW, or whatever.
I used to love reading about them and so on, until I realized that they are used by certain very nasty people to take over the minds of the vulnerable and make them vote badly, commit terrorism, and so on.
So now sometimes I try to point out to victims that they're infected with a laughably silly meme complex.
