So I just stumbled across a "might as well be Truth Social" server.

Blocked the whole server, myself, can't really decide what else to do.

Maybe just mention here that anyone following me (and therefore obviously sensible 😃 ) might want to pre-emptively block brighteon.social . Or, you know, not!

@ceoln

pinging @jerry @apiratemoo

can confirm it's a nuthouse and they look federated to our local as i can search for "@ AlexJones@brighteon.social" just fine

https://brighteon.social/public

(redo as i tagged support first)

Yeah, I personally don't know how I feel about defederation (qoto.org mostly doesn't do that), but personal block-the-entire-servering is wonderful. :)

@jerry @apiratemoo

@ceoln i have a feeling they will probably want to defed ;)
