Did you try cooling it a bit more?
I have managed to de-gas a gushing batch of bottles before by carefully very slightly "opening" the bottle caps to an extent that they begin to de-gas but re-seal when you release force on your bottle opener... I did it a few times for all bottles over a few days. It took time, but it worked
