Electoral Officials saying that with the ballots counted already, Milei leads by 53% to 47%.
Official announcement at 9pm (0000UTC) but looks as though the "libertarian" Milei will be elected President of #Argentina, defeating the incumbent Massa by around 6-7%. #Decision23

Clarification: Massa was Economy Minister, that's what I mean by "Incumbent", as in, he was associated with the failures of the Government he was in.
