@neil I once saw System Of A Down in London. I think k they started an hour or two late (rumour was they'd lose one of the band members backstage, who knows). I know some people had to leave before they started as they would otherwise have no train home... Luckily I had the night bus so didn't have to worry, but I'd have been very annoyed otherwise. Enough to sue? I couldn't have afforded it then as a student, not sure if I'd be tempted now? Maybe just ask for a refund, doubt they'd offer it.
@sldrant @neil I'm guessing that was more like £14 at the Astoria rather than $800 dollars at a giant NY Arena ;)
Yeah, they should definitely offered refunds after the first hour, but I'd definitely hang about waiting for my favourite artist. Smacks of entitlement and they should be banned from attending future gigs.
