@hansw @Sphinx The British have some of the prettiest spoken English all around. (Some of their regional variations are not that friendly, and outright hard to understand in some cases).

I love their ways, not only the spoken word, but the creative and unexpected turns of phrase -- so refreshing compared to the less creative US speech and writing.
