Does anyone have recommendations for Mastodon clients on linux?
For some reason Whalebird and Hyperspace won't start on my Ubuntu installation.

I didn't even know there *were* desktop clients for Mastodon. Whalebird works for me (OpenSUSE), though I haven't done much beyond starting it and logging in. I came across Sengi while searching abt this, that one doesn't work for me but maybe will for you?
Oh, I used the AppImage for Whalebird btw. If you tried the snap install route, you could try the AppImage instead and see if that works out.
