Well, account migration doesn't work yet. They say in github comments for corresponding issue that you have to wait up to 24 hours. So I'll wait.

@ex QOTO supports account migration. And our version isnt outdated so much as a fork. But it is compatible with mastodon vanilla.

@ex that error does not effect QOTO itself as far as I know. However it likely is effecting the server you are trying to migrate from. So the bug will have to be fixed on the remote server until you can migrate your server here.
What is the remote server you are trying to migrate from, I can look into it.
