@openrightsgroup disappointed
@Nika2022
Sadly, UK citizens no longer have the protection of that since they fell for the siren call of "sovereignty" and voted to leave the EU. Or are you referring to the European Court of Human Rights and the Council of Europe, of which the UK is still a member?
@falken @openrightsgroup
@MurrayWindripper @falken @openrightsgroup yep....i am aware and not sure how 'fast- the ECHR can pick up a case.
@MurrayWindripper @falken @openrightsgroup Brexit was such a good idea.....we see it.
@MurrayWindripper @falken @openrightsgroup the previous law was booted while they were still in...when May was still a mister thereby ECJ. Grounds: EU constitution and illegality of blanket data retention 'just in case we find something'
@falken @openrightsgroup was expected. Remember when the European court of Justice had to throw out a previous law of Theresa May?
