With kernel 6.2 Linux introduced the possibility of larger-than-32x16 console fonts for high-density screens, but until earlier today those fonts didn't exist.

If anyone would like to try them out, I've created these as a stopgap measure until people with more brains or taste than I have make something better:

@falken I think the answer to that right know is, you can’t - I’m working out how to make it work with the person who maintains setfont, and I hope it will be usable soon.

@mhoye please do! On 4k displays the Linux console is mostly unusable for me :-)
