Threema seems to be the best, and say it is the first time I hear the name ^^
For me, it would be jitsy hosted on private server and #https connection the best one or Telegram one to one.
There is also #ElementCall on #Matrix that is not listed ^^ But still have to try it!
For the worst, I would say #Facebook Messenger and WeChat.

@frayoshi I dont trust any of these messengers because they all rely on centralized infrastructure. So while maybe the contents of your messages are safe, you can still be fingerprinted easily, and behavior analysis can still be done, and data about you will still be sold.
