@alex_ I decided when I founded the instance that it would be pronounced like "goto" as a play on words. But you can pronounce it however you like, o one would notice here :)
@freemo I'd been subvocalising it "quote-o" but "goto" is much nicer, thanks!

I imagine it like the Italian bicycles brand, Kuota -- but with a final 'O' instead.
