A cranky old coot who complains about me for hours on end every time he notices me anywhere on the fediverse, has never caused me the least bit of distress or in any way mattered, and whom I dont even think about except for when he gets his undies in a bunch and starts talking about me and tagging me. That is not what I'd call a nemesis. He is obsessed with me sure, but nemesis implies he actually matters or causes me trouble. He hasn't mattered in a very long time, not to me, or not to anyone of value really.
